Sandra “Page” Perez serves as the Asset Manager for the City of Coral Gables. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the development, leasing, and management of city-owned properties, as well as the acquisition and disposition of city assets. She also manages tenant compliance, capital improvement planning, and public-private partnership agreements to ensure the highest value and use of city holdings.

Perez brings more than 19 years of experience in property management and real estate operations. Prior to joining the city in May 2025, she held pivotal roles in the private sector at JLL, where she managed DWS - Deutsche Bank Assets and other client accounts and at Prime Florida Properties. Her background spans lease negotiations, project management, contract administration, and fiscal reporting, with a proven track record of increasing asset value and tenant retention.

A licensed Florida real estate salesperson and certified Community Association Manager (CAM), Perez holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami. A longtime resident of Coral Gables, she is committed to enhancing the city’s property portfolio with a strong focus on stewardship and community value.
