With the exception of designated historic bed-and-breakfast establishments, short-term rentals — stays of less than six months — are not permitted in Coral Gables in areas zoned for single-family or multifamily residential use.
Property owners and residents are reminded that rental agreements in these areas must be for a minimum of six months. Rentals that do not comply may be subject to fines and other code enforcement action.
