Garbage, recycling and trash pickup will operate on a normal schedule for New Year's Day. The hours of operation for Thursday, Jan. 1 for the following city facilities are:
- War Memorial Youth Center: Closed
- Venetian Pool: Closed
- Adult Activity Center: Closed
- Golf & Country Club Athletic Club gym and pool: Closed
- Granada Golf Course: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Salvadore Tennis Center: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- William H. Kerdyk Biltmore Tennis Center: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Passport Acceptance Facility: Closed
- Trolley services will operate as normal
- Freebee services will not operate
