“100 Years of History” will showcase a selection of curated Coral Gables homes built in 1923. This year marks the 38th year The Villagers have offered the popular event. Of special interest is the inclusion of the Merrick House, beautifully decorated for Christmas and hosted by their volunteer docents. Members of The Villagers will be on hand to explain each private home’s distinctive history and features.

A gift boutique featuring unique artisans, vintage jewelry, hand-made Angels, and a quilt raffle, will be available from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m., an hour after the tour ends. A Rita Tennyson pop-up café will also be on-site, offering food for purchase.

Tickets are $65. At the request of tour homeowners, children ten years and younger will not be admitted.  For children over ten years old, a full-priced ticket is required.

Ticket holders drive their own vehicles between the properties and will receive tour directions with their ticket purchase.
