Saturday, Oct. 25 from 3 to 6 p.m., Miracle Mile will transform into a Halloween haven for the city’s “Trick-or-Treat on the Mile” event. Families are encouraged to come in costume and participate in an array of activities, including face painting, balloon artistry, book readings, and a magic show. Participating businesses along Miracle Mile will hand out candy to eager trick-or-treaters. This event is free to the public.

A. 2 p.m. Shrek the Musical at Actors’ Playhouse, 280 Miracle Mile.

B. 2 to 4 p.m. Halloween Doggie Costume Contest at the Coral Gables Museum Plaza, 285 Aragon Ave.

C. 3 p.m. Trick-or-Treat at participating businesses marked with balloons, while supplies last.

3 to 6 p.m. Meet & Greet with Book Reading of The Boy Who Cried Wolf! By Dr. Farooq, Barnes & Nobles, 152 Miracle Mile

D. 3:30 p.m. Magic Show at McBride Plaza, 150 Miracle Mile.

E. 3:30 p.m. Spooktakular Performance by the Actors' Playhouse Musical Miracles, 280 Miracle Mile.

F. 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Balloon twisters providing free creations, in front of 93 Miracle Mile and 300 Miracle Mile.

G. 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Free face painting on the Mile, 100 Miracle Mile.

H. 4 to 6 p.m. Caricature artist, 150 Miracle Mile.

I. 4:30 p.m. Actors’ Playhouse Kiddie Costume Parade, 280 Miracle Mile.

J. 5 p.m. Magic Show at McBride Plaza, 150 Miracle Mile.

K. 5 p.m. Spooky Children’s Story Hour at Books & Books, 265 Aragon Ave.

9 p.m. & Midnight Two special screenings of The Rocky Horror Picture Show with a live shadow cast, 260 Aragon Ave.
