From 2 to 8 p.m., Miracle Mile will transform into a Halloween haven for the city's "Trick-or-Treat on the Mile" event. Families are encouraged to come in costume and participate in an array of activities, including face painting, balloon artistry, book readings, and a magic show. Participating businesses along Miracle Mile will hand out candy to eager trick-or-treaters. This event is free to the public.
