To encourage residents and visitors to shop small on Small Business Saturday, Downtown Coral Gables parking garages will be open for free parking Nov. 29, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visitors are also encouraged to use the city's convenient Freebee and Trolley services to explore downtown.
