Starting May 1, "Cielo Tejido" transforms Giralda Plaza into a vibrant canopy of color, featuring handwoven textiles created by artisan women from Etzatlan, Mexico. Suspended overhead, the installation brings movement, culture, and craftsmanship into the heart of downtown Coral Gables. This immersive overhead experience celebrates traditional artistry and culture – made possible with the support of the Consulate of Mexico. And stay tuned in August for another Giralda Sky installation.
