The Community Arts Program 2026 Summer Concert Series concludes at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 20, with jazz vocalist Kate Kortum at Coral Gables Congregational Church, 3010 De Soto Blvd.

Winner of the 2025 Sarah Vaughan International Jazz Vocal Competition, Kortum is emerging as one of jazz’s most compelling new voices. Jazz Journal UK praised her “interpretative skills” for making familiar music sound fresh.
