The Granada Golf Course will be temporarily closed to the public on Tuesday, May 12, and Wednesday, May 13, as crews begin planned tee box improvements and conduct additional course maintenance.
The work will allow BrightView to safely bring large equipment onto the course, begin laser cutting the tee boxes, aerify the course, complete sod work and implement a targeted weed management program to improve turf conditions. Temporary discoloration may occur in treated areas. All products are EPA-approved, applied by licensed professionals and glyphosate-free.
The course is scheduled to reopen on Thursday, May 14, with temporary tee boxes in place while the full tee box improvement project continues. The city appreciates the community’s patience as we invest in enhanced playing conditions and the long-term care of this beloved course.
