As part of its ongoing commitment to keep residents informed, the Gables Good Government Committee (GGG) will host a panel discussion on The Impact of the Rapid Transit Zone (RTZ) and the Live Local Act on development in Coral Gables. The program will feature Vice Mayor Rhonda Anderson, Assistant Planning and Zoning Director Jennifer Garcia, Miami Building Department Director Ed Santamaria, and Venny Torre, President of Torre Companies. Together, they will share insights on how these statewide policies shape the future growth and character of Coral Gables.

The event takes place on Tuesday, Sept. 16 at the Coral Gables Museum (285 Aragon Avenue), beginning with a reception at 5:30 p.m. followed by the panel and Q&A from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Registration is required by Sept. 15.
