Sunshine Meeting/Workshop

Please all take notice that in accordance with City of Coral Gables Code Section 2-30 and Chapter 286.011, there will be a Sunshine Meeting/Workshop, on Monday, November 3, 2025, beginning at 9:00 a.m., located at the first floor conference room Development Services Department, 427 Biltmore Way, Coral Gables, Florida, 33134, to review and discuss the policies and procedures of the board of adjustment, including but not limited to the following: quasi-judicial procedures, ex-parte communication, role of the board. 

The meeting will be attended by members of the Board of Adjustment and City Staff.  Pursuant to the Sunshine Law, the meeting is open to attendance by members of the public, minutes will be taken and made publicly available. 

The public can attend this meeting in person.
