• 4 p.m. film screening of "here-ing" at the Coral Gables Art Cinema, 260 Aragon Ave., followed by Artist talk and walk to the sculpture, Whispering Through a Stone.
• 6:30 p.m. sculpture dedication, 332 Miracle Mile

Whispering Through a Stone is inspired by the design of a 19th century conversation chair. In Antoni’s sculpture, two smooth seats are carved into a rough boulder with a small hole passing through the dense matter. The hole allows people to have intimate conversations while in a public space. Learn more on the artist's website.

Whispering Through a Stone is commissioned by the City of Coral Gables sculpted from a single boulder sourced by the artist. The artist would like to thank Quarra Stone Company, Urban Art Projects, Luhring Augustine Gallery, and the City of Coral Gables.
