Hosting birthday parties at the Coral Gables Youth Center is a great way to create lasting memories with family and friends. Come and celebrate your next birthday with one of our party packages! Party rentals are held in covered pavilions located on the Youth Center patio. There is no indoor space available in the event of inclement weather. Rentals are available on Saturdays only.

4-Hour Basic Party Package

Includes:

  • 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. time frame
  • Picnic tables and seating for up to 50 people
  • Access to indoor playground area
  • Access to outdoor gated playground
  • Sole use of pavilion area
  • Shared use of patio area

Cost: $305

Tumblebees Gymnastics Party Package

Includes:

  • Sole use of the pavilion from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Tumblebees private class from 12:15 - 1:15 p.m. for a group of 15 participants
  • Picnic tables and seating for up to 50 people
  • Access to indoor playground area
  • Access to outdoor gated playground
  • Shared use of patio area

Cost: $520 ($230 payable to Tumblebees and $290 payable to Youth Center)

Abrakadoodle Art Party Package

Includes:

  • Sole use of the pavilion from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m
  • Abrakadoodle time frames are 1-hour sessions and can be 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. or 1 - 2 p.m. for a group of participants 
  • Picnic tables and seating for up to 50 people
  • Access to indoor playground area
  • Access to outdoor gated playground
  • Shared use of patio area

Cost: $520 ($230 payable to Abrakadoodle and $290 payable to Youth Center)

Athletics Party Package

Includes:

  • Sole use of the pavilion from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m
  • Athletics time frames are 1-hour sessions and can be between 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. or 1 - 2 p.m.
  • Choose between a 1-hour session of basketball, flag football or soccer led by Youth Center coaches for a group of 15 participants
  • Picnic tables and seating for up to 50 people
  • Access to indoor playground area
  • Access to outdoor gated playground
  • Shared use of patio area

Cost: $510

Bricks 4 Kidz Party Package

Includes:

  • Sole use of the pavilion from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m
  • Bricks 4 Kidz time frames are 1-hour sessions and can be between 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. or 1 - 2 p.m. for a group of 15 participants 
  • Picnic tables and seating for up to 50 people
  • Access to indoor playground area
  • Access to outdoor gated playground
  • Shared use of patio area

Cost: $520 ($230 payable to Bricks 4 Kidz and $290 payable to Youth Center)

About the party packages:

  • Available on Saturdays only.
  • All party packages require a $50 refundable security deposit pending inspection of the reserved area.
  • All party packages require event insurance to be purchased through GatherGuard.
  • There are no indoor facilities available for inclement weather.
  • For cancellations, a refund form must be completed and submitted two weeks prior to the party date to receive a full refund.
  • Prohibited items include:
    • Tobacco products
    • Alcoholic beverages
    • Glass
    • Confetti
    • Piñatas
    • Bounce houses
    • Sidewalk chalk
    • Live animals
    • Food trucks
  • Set up and clean up time is included in the 4-hour time frame. 
  • All guests attending the party must show a valid state-issued ID to be cleared through the Fast Pass system before entering the facility
