PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Coral Gables, Florida will conduct a Board of Architects Special Master Hearing on July 26, 2023 at 1 p.m. at the City of Coral Gables Development Services Center's First Floor Fairchild Tropical Board Room, 427 Biltmore Way, Coral Gables, Florida 33134 on the following application:

Appealing the Board of Architects, May 31, 2023 decision rejecting Application No. BLDR 23053527, for a proposed metal roof installation at 3621 Alhambra Circle, Coral Gables, Florida 33134.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by a board/committee with respect to any matter considered at a meeting or hearing, that person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.0105).
