The City of Coral Gables will begin a sidewalk and tree planting beautification project along Biltmore Way, between Anderson Road and Segovia Street, starting Monday, Oct. 26, 2026. Construction will take place in phases, with each work area expected to take approximately 10–15 working days.

Construction will progress through designated work areas along Biltmore Way. Please use caution near active construction zones and follow posted signage. The city appreciates your patience and understanding as we work to enhance the pedestrian environment along Biltmore Way.
