The Coral Gables Golf and Country Club is an eminent landmark built in 1922, and a pivotal component to the city founder, George Merrick, whose Mediterranean style helped set the tone for the city’s architecture. It is considered to be the first public building in Coral Gables.
The facility boasts a magnificent Grand Ballroom and three satellite unique and charismatic spaces. With stunning crystal chandeliers, spectacular black marble foyers, rich Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, ornate Italian marble columns and cornice molds. About Rates and Room Capacity
All fees are subject to a 7% sales tax. Venue pricing is subject to change. All venue pricing is based on a five-hour event and a maximum per-space guest count, with exception to the Granada Gardens rental space, which is based on an hourly rate.
All events are subject to a refundable security deposit of $3,000. The rental deposit is $2,000 and the music/sound abatement deposit is $1,000. These are refundable upon conclusion of the event within 30 days, as long as the User is not otherwise in default.
The User is responsible for the cost and procurement of all venue requirements in connection to the event.
Room rates are based on the banquet-style event. Additional fees will apply for additional guests. Listed capacities are approximate:
- Grand Ballroom up to 300 guests
- Atrium up to 100 guests
- Fountain and Merrick up to 80 guests
- Granada Gardens up to 250 guests
Final price quotations for all categories can only be provided once event details have been determined.
