During the holidays it is important to remember these safety tips:
Place gifts where they cannot be seen from outside your home.
Never leave purses, wallets or valuables unattended in shopping carts or other locations.
Make sure you lock your vehicles and never leave valuables in plain sight, including empty shopping bags.
Track packages and have a trusted neighbor retrieve them if you will not be home at the time of delivery.
