For those who are unfamiliar with Zoom it is an online meeting platform that will allow us to come together and participate in different online fitness classes with Maria. However, to participate you will need to click on the links below to register and then you will receive a different link for the class in your email after you registered for the class on your computer, phone or tablet.

For the month of July we are offering fitness classes such as: Pilates, Line Dancing, Life in Motion, Total Body Conditioning, Zumba & Tai Chi with Polly. At the bottom of this page there will be the registration links via Zoom for EACH of the fitness classes. You may register at any time, but we strongly suggest registering prior to the start of the class. Once you register for the class you will receive an email from Zoom with the link for the class. The registration process will only be required once per fitness class for the month of September.

For security reasons all participants will start the meeting in a virtual waiting room. Cameras and microphones will be deactivated at the start of the meeting. If a participant does not conduct themselves appropriately the meeting host reserves the right to remove the participant and/or end the meeting/class. Please join the meeting on time as the meeting will be locked after the start of the meeting and participants will no longer be able to join the meeting.
