To provide police services with honor and excellence in partnership with the people we serve and to be a recognized model of excellence in the delivery of the police services.

Objectives:
• To provide for the protection of life and property. To create meaningful partnerships within the residential and business communities to address crime prevention issues. To provide a comprehensive program of law enforcement and crime prevention.
• To respond immediately and efficiently to all calls for service.
