Build your strength, flexibility, balance and coordination while you relax and enjoy the benefits of classical yoga postures, uniting body, breath and mind!

Reminders:
• Wear comfortable stretch clothing
• Please allow two hours after eating prior to taking class
• Yoga is completed without shoes or socks
• Limited number of mats provided
• Please bring a towel
• Registration required at Front Desk prior to attending class
• Class is located upstairs next to the Fitness Center
• Package (4 classes) is good for one (1) month
