Adults 15 years old and above

Zen Yoga ~ Breathing & Movement
Experience Zen Yoga – A simple program of gentle stretching, breathing and calming techniques that encourage healthy lifestyle changes to balance body, mind and spirit. Zen Yoga is a perfect blend of simple yoga postures, flowing taichi movements and energy balancing qigong. These exercises are specifically designed to reduce physical tension and focus the mind. A guided meditation at the end of class brings renewed energy so you leave feeling refreshed and alert.

Reminders:
• Wear comfortable stretch clothing
• Please allow two hours after eating prior to taking class
• Yoga is completed without shoes or socks
• Limited number of mats provided
• Please bring a towel
• Registration required at Front Desk prior to attending class
• Class is located upstairs next to Fitness Center
• Package is good for one (1) month

Open Level Yoga Class

Adults 15 years old and above

This class will explore the awakening of the body, mind and spirit by linking breath and yogic movement to invigorate and tone the body and soothe the mind. Each class will offer instruction in alignment, breathing and meditation practice to enhance your understanding of yoga and improve your overall well-being.

Session 1:
Thursdays, 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Session 2:
Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
