Ages 16 years old and above
This class is designed to get you in and out of the gym within 30 minutes. It is for all fitness levels and you go at your own pace. Stations are set up in a circuit. At each station you will perform exercises that target your gluteus, legs, arms, and abdominals. This class includes some aerobic activity to gain endurance, body sculpting using medicine balls and resistance bands, abdominal toning exercises, use of selectorized weight training machines and cool-down stretches.
