SPORTS-SPECIFIC FITNESS CONDITIONING camp

Ages 12 years old and above

This camp is designed to improve speed, agility, quickness as well as strength and cardiovascular fitness required for the given sporting activity. The use of resistance training equipment, treadmills, stationary bicycles and on-field or court conditioning will be utilized.

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays
5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

(Wednesdays are active recovery day in which the participant will workout on their own following their individualized exercise prescription).

8 participants maximum per session.
4 participants minimum per session.

  • Session 1 - Tennis
  • Session 2 - Basketball
  • Session 3 - Baseball
  • Session 4 - Soccer
  • Session 5 - Gymnastics
  • Session 6 - Golf
