Boys and girls 3rd - 10th grade.
This program is an introduction to strength and conditioning designed for boys and girls ages 8 - 15 years of age. It introduces the participant to the important role strength and conditioning plays in youth sports today. Speed, agility, quickness as well as strength and cardiovascular training will be emphasized. The use of treadmills, stationary bicycles, stair climbers, resistance training equipment and on-field conditioning will be utilized. A certified strength and conditioning specialist will supervise the program. All participants will be monitored for safety and progress.

- Session 6: July 9 - July 13
- Session 7: July 16 - July 20
- Session 8: July 23 - July 27
Bagged lunch is strongly suggested.
Campers please bring a towel, water bottle, and an extra T-shirt.
