Ages 15 years old and above
This is an eight-week course, Monday through Friday, consisting of a one-hour
program supervised by an exercise
specialist. A variety of activities are planned for each day. A complete analysis
and evaluation of various fitness
components will be performed prior to initiating the program and at periodic
intervals during training to monitor
progress. A minimum of eight students is required to start class.
