Registration Requirements:
Parent or legal guardian must be present to sign waiver form at the time of registration.

A copy of the most recent report card must be presented at the time of registration for Club P.L.A.Y.

• Session III: September 29 - October 23
• Session IV: October 27 - November 21
• Session V: November 24 - December 19

Club P.L.A.Y. session fees do not include Club P.L.A.Y. All Day registration.

*Membership pays! Cut the cost of participation by 25% by becoming a Full Member of the Coral Gables Youth Center. Memberships are good for 1 year and provide discounted registration fees, special member’s only events and priority registration.

Club P.L.A.Y. provides children in grades K-6 a well-rounded recreational program with an emphasis on teamwork, friendship, sportsmanship and FUN!

In addition to the standards established by the City of Coral Gables, staff has completed the necessary courses and meets the state requirements to provide child care.

Activities include some or all of the following: Arts & Crafts, Special Events, Games, Sports, Cooking, Trips and more.

Homework assistance is available Mondays through Thursdays at the parent’s request. To schedule your child, contact Carlos Pichardo, Recreation Specialist at (305) 460-5623.

Campers will be placed in one of
the following groups:

• Pre-Kindergarten-First Grade (Green Group)
• Second-Third Grade (Red Group)
• Fourth-Fifth Grade (Blue Group)

Hours:
Monday-Friday
2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

An additional fee of $10 will be assessed for every 15 minutes (or any part of) a parent is late picking up their child. Assessment of fee begins at 6:01 pm.

Transportation:
The Coral Gables Youth Center-Club P.L.A.Y. does not provide transportation from school. Contact your child’s school to request drop-off at the Youth Center.

Payment of Fees:
It is expected that payment of the session fee is made prior to attendance. Any payment not made prior to the start of the session will be charged an additional $10 late fee.

Children are unable to participate in any Club P.L.A.Y. activity until payment has been received.

Club P.L.A.Y. All Day

Wondering what to do with the kids on those off school days? Wonder no more. Coral Gables Youth Center offers a Club P.L.A.Y. All Day for children in grades k-6. These special Club Days provide your child with fun filled adventure as they participate in active games, arts & crafts and field trips.

Don’t wait, register today. Space is limited.

9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Early drop-off begins at 7:30 a.m.
Pick-up ends at 6:00 p.m.

  PARENTS’ NIGHT OUT
Ages 5-14 years old

Parents, plan that special night out on the town. Coral Gables Youth Center will host a Parents Night Out on the 3rd Friday of each month beginning in September of 2008.

A special sleep-over party with special activities held throughout the night. Our guests will be given and evening snack (pizza etc.) and breakfast in the morning.

Attendees should bring a sleeping bag, change of clothes, toothbrush etc.
