Instructions:

To enter a new request:

• Click on the "Better Place" link above
• Click on "Enter your new request"
• Input your request information, your contact information (optional) and select the category you are requesting. The fields with an asterisk are mandatory.
• The second page will prompt you for required information needed to address your request. You will receive a request number so you may track the resolution via our website.

To track an existing request:

• Click on the "Better Place" link above
• Click on "Check the status of an existing request"
• Enter the request # and click on the search button
